Uploaded from the Photobucket iPad App There was some controversy on the forum as to whether to paint this baby with a closed mouth or to make the thin bottom lip into her tongue peeking out between the lips. Then you would paint the area under the bottom lip as the the bottom lip. It is supposed to be a closed mouth with no tongue but I think it looks better painted with the bottom lip being a tongue.
